Logbook signing day – 7th June 2026

Note the date changed from 14 back to the 7th. This is due to unplanned circumstances at the venue.

Logbook signing and membership renewals will take place on 7 June 2026 at the venue location – 722 Port Road, Beverley from 10am sharp through to 3pm sharp. It is important for all members to maintain their financial membership and have their logbooks signed annually to ensure compliance to South Australia’s Conditional Motor Vehicle Registration scheme.

Please bring along your vehicle’s logbooks and associated vehicle Rego papers. For those members who wish to renew their membership on the day, we will accept cash and have card readers available to make payments easy. In addition, there will be HTC club merchandise for sale, with cash or card payments. Also, members can place orders for versions of the new and popular HTC windcheaters.

For those members who are unable to attend the Port Road venue on this day for logbook signing and membership renewal, they are more than welcome to come along and attend any HTC General Meeting whereby they can accomplish this important Conditional Registration requirement at the conclusion of the meetings.

Members are also able to renew their membership subscriptions ‘on-line’ by visiting the HTC website, logging in and going to ‘My Account’ > ‘Membership’ > ‘Renew’ and select either EFT or Credit Card payment.
